I was filed my IT Return in the month of July 2008. Till date I didn't received my refund. How many days will required to get refund from IT Dept?

there is no such time limit.
u contact ur AO for the same.
u contact ur AO for the same.

You can wait till March 09 and if you will not receive then submit an application with AO for refund
13 December 2008
If your return was with physical attachments then refunds are coming.Online again followup are there with A O of your ward.
