15 October 2011 i have paid the fees for form 1a and same was approved under stp.
then i paid fees for form 1,18,32 bt somehow those were not approved. now can i withdraw my forms and ask for refund of fees paid for the forms.

15 October 2011 yes ,naman u are eligible for refund if your transaction is not approved...fill reason "excess payment made"

25 October 2011 bt mr. vishal when i fill refund form and enter srn of form 1a then the name or any other particulars of co. are not prefilled.
