how to get refund for f.y 2014-15. and F.y 2013-14, can I able to file ITR now

No you can not submit IT Return for FY 13-14 & 14-15 since the last date is well over.
It is possible to submit return and claim refund by filing the condonation Petition u/s 119(2)(b) of the Income Tax Act 1961.
