29 August 2017 how to get refund for f.y 2014-15. and F.y 2013-14, can I able to file ITR now

29 August 2017 No you can not submit IT Return for FY 13-14 & 14-15 since the last date is well over.


It is possible to submit return and claim refund by filing the condonation Petition u/s 119(2)(b) of the Income Tax Act 1961.

Please refer CBDT Circular No. 9/2015 dated 9th June 2015
