Dear Sir,
we have excise register dealer,we purchase some material & take cenvat credit. now my question is we have sell same mateial without modvat benifit to party can we claim for modvat?

Dealer can not take the cenvat credit he can only pass the credit. If goods will be export with payment of duty then you can take the benefit of cenvat credit.
