Refund due...

Dear Experts,
One of our clients there is a refund due for the previous asst. year 2008-09. But till now they have not got their refund due. This is because while filing their return online they have not provided the bank statement. While we enquired with the I.T. office they state that u have not mentioned the bank details. Now the assessee wants to know how to get back his refund due.
Pls. guide me in this regard.

in my opinion write a letter to the concerned A.O. mentioning the details of Bank Account Number .
