Refund and filing late return

I have filed my return on 8th August, 2011 and then i came to know that there was excess refurnd to my account. I have received my refund what i have claimed but the balance which i did not ask for have not been received. My question 1) can i file revise return? 2) is there any penalty 3) will i get the balance refund please advice this i for f.y. 2010-2011.

If you have claimed the same amount of refund which you have got from dept then you should file the revise return on or before 31st march 2013.

Continue with query, there is no penalty in case of refund and if file before 31st March'13

yes you can get excess refund which you have not demanded in original by filing revised return.

How do i show the refund in the income tax return. Do i have to show the net amount as receivable or as to file the same way with the increased amount

for example my actual was

now my 26 as shows 47318 difference of Rs. 15000/-
