I filed return of A.Y. 2008-09 & A.Y.2009-10 in paper form.
I yet not received any refund(tds deducted earlier in paper form)
So for that, Can I do rectification request in paper form? Which documents should be required for that? Which is the last date for the same?

Dear Harsh,
for ofline return u need to contact Your AO as whether he has processed the return or not.
meet with the AO and ask for intimation under 143(1)
without order u would not be able to file Rectification Request
