a person has filed a return if he does not receive 143(1).then he will get refund or not .
and one more query,a person when can get refund after ROI filling.

143(1) itself is the intimation. Both will go hand in hand. Normally the person should get the refund within 4 months unless it is EXCESSIVELY high
