04 November 2014 Status by Income tax site is showing Refund not determined but as per computation filed Refund amount was like 20000 and refund has also not been credited to account even after 6 month of return filing. What to do now ?

22 November 2014 If you filed an e-return then you have to wait as they normally take time in processing large refunds.

If you filed a manual return, then you may submit a letter with the income tax department and/or visit the income tax officer.
