19 July 2013 Q1. Can we avail refund filing return after due date?

Q2. If there is unmatched status in form 26 AS due to the wrong date entered by the employer of date of deducting tax.. will we get the refund?

1. Yes. in belated return also you can claim refund

2. No, if the details are unmathched in form 26AS, it will not credit your PAN untill that details are corrected by the deductor and make it matched.so in case unmatched details, you cannot get refund
