I am having Munish Bhandari's CORPORATE LAWS & SECRETARIAL PRACTICE FOR CA FINAL - Jan 2009 edition.

can anyone tell whether this one is enough or i av to purchase a new book for may 2010 exams.

if this book is enough and i av to go through only amendments, circulars and notification, then can you please whether the same is availble in net.

06 January 2010 if you have the relevant amendments, then there is no need to purchase another book.

you have to look on SEBI guidelines and as well as FEMA for such amendment purpose.
