If a company wants to reduce the subscribed capital mentioned in memorandum at the time of incorporation, so is their any provision for reducing the same in companies Act 2013

17 April 2014 Memorandum mentions "Authorised Share Capital" and not "Subscribed Capital" Please clarify what is the exact query.

18 April 2014 actully i want to ask that company had mentioned RS 2.5 cr in subscriber page of MOA at the time of incorporation. but the company has not actually received the entire subscription amount. so kindly provide the solution to reduce the subscription amount mentioned in MOA with the intervention of court/tribual
