Reduction in change of rate of service tax on GTA

In case of GTA service tax liabiltiy is on company who pays the freight.
We are making the paymnet freight to Transporter for the month of January
Please advise whether we would have to service tax @ 10 % (reductd rate ) or 12 %
Please advise ASAP
