This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary
This discussion explores how to account for a business laptop purchased using Amazon reward points. Since no business funds were used, the laptop is considered an asset with zero value initially. The advice suggests treating it as a personal gift, meaning no direct accounting entries are required from the business perspective, even though it's used for business purposes.

What will be the G/L entries to be made to record the same.
