Can any expert guide me about whether it is possible to redeem Preference shares before lock-In-Period....if Investor have any emergency of fundd?

No, that is not possible. It will defeat the very purpose of REDEMPTION after lock in period.

Tnx sir, but as i searched on web....its somewhat appears that it will b possible if prosectus contains clause for that or if company agrees on application by P.Shares holder.
