22 October 2012 Can any expert guide me about whether it is possible to redeem Preference shares before lock-In-Period....if Investor have any emergency of fundd?


I have to answer to my Student....Plz guide in detail.

22 October 2012 No, that is not possible. It will defeat the very purpose of REDEMPTION after lock in period.
