How to file rectification under 143(1).?
The thing is Mr X has got demand for a sum due non matching of TDS but after verifying 26 AS i found there is no mismatch actually, now how to file a rectification for the same

Rectification has to be filed online u/s 154.

but you need to check whther the time for rectification is not expired as per provisions of sec 154.
