20 December 2011 respected sir/madam
we have recd the intimation u/s 143(1) from cpc.for that purpose we are create rectification file. after the verification
we made the regl.asst tax.how could i enter this regl.asst.tax challan?what is the procedure to enter this challan.
please guide me.

22 December 2011 i think once you got the intimation from CPC U/s 143 (1) & you are agree with the same .. than its not a compulsory to file revised return hope so.........

22 December 2011 write here whether intimation specified demand or not. if specified nothing then it is treated as deemed aknowledgement for return filling.

Rectifaction required in case you forget to fill column and department errorneously demand tax from you.

if we r paid regular asst challan then as per my view we required to submit this challan to dept with letter.
