Rectification of order by commissioner appeals

12 August 2014 There was apparent mistake from in a order passed by commissioner appeals, central excise dept. I applied for rectification of order but i was told that there is no provision in law wherein rectification is allowed for commissioner appeals in central excise. Please suggest.
