I had filed an online return. The client had deposited Rs.5000/- advance tax & Rs.3300/- as self asstt. tax at the time of filing the return, and claim tax Rs.8300/-
cpc Banglore processed the file and give the credit only Rs.5000/- amd demanded Rs.2900/- more. (Self assessment Tax was not credited by cpc.
Please tell me how can the online rectification be made?

First you verify form 26AS if the self assessment tax paid displays in it then upload the 154 rectification with the proof of downloaded form 26AS.
