Rectification of itr for individual

02 October 2012 I filed a return last year but forgot to claim deprecation. Now when m filling the ITR4 form again, I do not have the BSR code and challan serial no. of the self assessment tax paid last year.
In my rectification return, should i leave t IT sheet empty?
Please suggest.
Its a big problem for me.

02 October 2012 Does that mean you not only forgot to claim depreciation but also TO KEEP THE COPY OF THE SAID RETURN? Find out the same. Do not keep the field empty.

02 October 2012 I did keep a copy on my pc until it got formatted. Now all i have is the acknowledgement and CPC order ....
I did not keep a hard copy..
i have t bal. sheet and Pl .. so i could fill most of the ITR...

But how do i get the challan details for filling t IT page?
Please help.

03 October 2012 Many a bankers have given this facility of view tax as a URL through their net banking accounts. ELSE register your PAN with incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in and go through the pop up menus under the top hand side. Some where you get this opting of clicking "view tax"
