I GOT THE INTIMATION U/S143(1) FOR
A.Y.2009-10 AND I FOUND THERE IS SOME
MISTAKE IN ITR PROCESS ( TDS AMOUNT
AND I AGAIN FILE RECTIFICATION AND ALSO
I GOT RECTIFICATION ORDER U/S 154 . BUT
I GOT MISTAKE IS SAME AS EARLIER . CAN I
AGAIN 2ND TIME FILE FOR RECTIFICATION ?
IF NOT, WHAT TO DO FOR GETTING ACTUAL
AMOUNT OF TDS REFUND?
PLEASE TREAT AS URGENT AND THANKS TO THEM
WHO CAN ASSIST ME AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

You can file another rectification with proper explanation and reasoning, it has to be rectified if your facts are genuine and correct by the assessing officer.
