if i want to do onlines RECTIFICATION request,

shoul i change in ITRIV ALSO like revise return or original return, return file under section 139(4)OR 139(1)

in short will it be my original return or rewise return & after due date or before due date.

07 December 2011 No. You have not to change the type of return. It will be Original only.

You have to create another XML file only when you want to rectify the mistakes in the original return.

You need not to select after or before due date options also. The date when original return was filed will always prevail.
