09 January 2011 I am a govt. employee, I have filed efiling for the yr 2009-2010 by ITR 2 now intimation was come from CPC about HP interest is not shown as exemption by CPC and send a demand note to pay tax.
now when I show my last filed ITR 2 then i found that in HP by mistake I have select letout property...I think demand note was come for that...so what to do and how to rectification done with old xml file and how to upload new xml file to the website.

09 January 2011 if u have furnished your return U/s 139(1) you may revise your return of income before 31.03.2011
