Hi,
One of my friend was working in a small company. The company had not given appointment letter. However, he has salary slip. When he resigned from the company, company is not making final payment. What all remedies are available in this case?

It is advisable to follow up with company through E-mail etc in order to create evidence that you are genuine and following up with company for your F&F amount.
You have salary slip that means you were an employee of the company. For success in this case you should be in violation of your terms and conditions.
