Respected Sir,
my Father & Grand Father not filled ITR, can I receive gift from them or any relatives even they have not Pan Card. Please tell me The procedure.

If you can prove that both had income in past and the money is lying in the bank account then they can give you the gift but without any documentary evidence if you take the gift from non asses see it might invite some problem for you in near future.
