Kindly clarify:
1. Can Employee get benefit from Employer u/s 80C on Life Insurance premium paid in the name of Spouse (Already assessee) and minor children ?
2. Can Employee get benefit from Employer u/s 80C on Tuition Fee paid of two childrens?
3. Can Employee get benefit from Employer on Housing Loan Repayment and Housing Loan Interest if the loan is in joint names but installments paid by employee ?
