Dear Sir, We are registered dealer under central excise. We purchased the material from supplier in India with excise duty. Now, we want to export the material but we want to claim refund of excise duty paid by us. So, I humbly request to explain me how to procure material and how to export he same with documentary explanation.

There is rebate claim provision for your export.
shortly explained as below.
1) Exporter required to prepare ARE 1 and get it signed form officer
2) Export under self sealing also available.
3) documents required to submit for claim is
Request on letter head,
Invoices,
Self attested shipping bill
bank realization statement
ARE
any other document relevant.
