Rebate of hra paid by solder in indian army

R/ All seniors,
whether a solder of army can claim rebate of House rent, paid by a him at his native palace, as food and shelter are being provided to him by army itself and he is paying rent for his family back at home. if yes whether he have to submit rent receipt or declaration of the same in ITR will be fair enough. Amount paid as rent in F.y is Rs. 55,000.00 only.
please suggest.
