Reason for stipend paid in cash

13 March 2015 My termination was in pending,because i received the stipend in cash..Now institute sent a letter to my employer asked that why stipend paid in cash..Then what reason should he sent to institute..I have only 1week time..please help me in this regard

13 March 2015 i dont understand why he paid in cash.. is any specific reason than mention that.. else it wil b a question of doubt always....
