Reason for Delay

30 April 2010 We have file Form 25C with ROC which is five years back dated and was not filed till date.

Now, ROC has asked for clarification for delay in filing Forms.

CAn you suggest the sufficient reason for the same.

30 April 2010 There was no compliance officer for some time in the company as company was unable to appoint one due to weak financial position.

03 May 2010 Actually there was Compliance Officer during some period like in between, like for 2 years but still form is not filed so pls suggest wat appropriate reason for approval of form can be given

03 May 2010 Was there any change in the compliance officer during that period. In other words ignorance of new C.O. regarding this matter may be considered as a defense.

05 May 2010 Actually for some time as I said there was Compliance office and later Company did not appoint any other officer. Work was carried out through PCS though 383A was applicable.
