Rearding the question pattern of cs exam dec'14

I want to know that in the dec'14 (Old Syllabus) exam of CS. the questions will be asked according to the Companies Act 1956 or Companies Act 2013 ?

Even for the CS June 14 Exams Highlights of Companies Act 2013 was applicable. As on date 282 sections of Companies Act are in force.
In Dec 2014 exams Companies Act 2013 will be partially applicable. The extent of applicability can only be known after ICSI comes out with its notification in this regard.
So wait for the ICSI Notification.
