30 November 2011 Dear Friends,

if we are earn income form outside india and we get payment through Internet(Online) then what will be the tax treatment and what is the limit for transfer in a month?

04 December 2011 The factors on which tax incidence depends includes-
1. DTAA with the country from where the fund is remitted.
2. TDS
3. No monthly limits.
4. Income will be taxable and tax credit arising due to 1. & 2. may be availed.
