12 April 2014 what is the paid up capital requires for appointment of company secretary in private limited ??is it makes difference if company is public limited ???
is it necessary to have cs in private limited company???
can ca can give training of 15 months to cs article as per new bill????

2. For public Limited / listed co's, the threshold is Rs. 10 crores.

3.Whole time CS is not mandatory for pvt ltd Co's.
