03 October 2014 hi friends..i have failed in my cs executive june 2014 attempt by 2 marks in costing.i want to inquire that the person is eligible for rank if he is giving 2nd attempt of his cs executive. plz help me..some people are telling person is not eligible for rank if he gives 2nd attempt...plzz help me..

03 October 2014 As per my opinion Rank is not possible in second attempt. You are advised to get in touch with ICSI official to get the clarification.
