Hi, I have got a client, who is entering into a contract to sub-lease space for running hotel premises. The scope is as follows:
My client would own the business and all licenses would be in my clients name but the business would be actually run by the other party
What sort of agreement should my client enter into for this purpose

This type of agreements will be called as management agreement. Many of the 4 star and 5 star hotels work on this type of agreement only
