Re-submission of form 112

While submitting the articleship registration FORM 103 I also submitted FORM 112 alongwith which was without the signature of principal of college as I was pursuing the correspondence B.com. But now after one month of Submission of the forms ,the ICAI has send me a letter raising objection on the matter that FORM 112 needs to be re-submitted.
So my queries are:
1. Do I really need to submit the form with signature of principal?
2. If yes, then should I submit the whole FORM 103 along with FORM 112 ? or just FORM 112 duely signed by principal?

1)can submit with out college signature and attach a letter saying you are doing corresponding b.com and attach proof for the same
2)you refer to letter received from icai

You only resubmit Form-112 with the seal and stamp of the college and also indicating the telephone number and full address of the college.
No need to submit any other form with it.
