Please let me know whether i can re-register on e-filling site if i forget password and can carry on filling on re-registered site

25 June 2014 No it is a one time Registration. A PAN can't b re-registered on e-filing. U can reset ur password. By providing secret question, or by other options as given.

25 June 2014 Registration on income tax site is done only once. So if you have forgotten your password then you can reset it by providing details of previous return filed by you or by answering secret questions.
