Re-registration of articles

In the regulations for Re-registration of articles, there is a clause as "A service certificate in Form No. 109 alongwith training report as specified in the Training Guide.". All i want to know what does it mean and during re registration what documents i have to submit to satisfy the above said clause?

it means that if you take transfer/go for industrial training during the period of your articleship, you need to sign Form 109 with the earlier Principal wherein details of period served and work done is provided (that is called service certificate)
