Re-joining of articleship after taking termination

Hi,
Due to some personal reason I have taken termination of articleship from my previous employer before completion of 1 year. I joined my articleship on 26/12/2013 and took termination on 28/11/2014.I have submitted form 109 to the institute within 30 days of taking termination.Since 28/11/2013 I have not re-joined for articleship till date. So please let me know is there any maximum stipulated period to re-join for the articleship with a new employer.Will my 11 months & 2 days of service will go lapse? Please guide me ASAP since it is very urgent.

period earlier served will be counted. there is no maximum stipulated period to re-join. but the intervening gap would cause your articleship completion to shift further.
