I had filed form 1 of a public company ltd by shares. Now the status of the form is Waiting for user clarification. It says "Main object as marketing and trading of share and securities should be deleted from point No 4. Form 67(addendum)should be filed by 12/5/2010 failing which E for shall be treated as invalid"
For deleting a part of point 4 of main objects of MOA, what shall be the procedure?
Do I have to send the scanned and corrected MOA again?

Yes Sir.
You have to file your MOA again after deleting point 4 through E-form 67.
