15 May 2015 Dear Sir, What is 270+30 days delay issue in new company law.A pvt ltd. company capital Rs.1 lac has yet to file Form 23ACA ,ACA for F.Y.2013-14 for the AGM held on 30.09.2014.What is the additional fee to be paid.Please guide.Thank you very much.

16 May 2015 per form normal fees rs. 300/- and maximum penalty is 10 times i.e. 3000/- total per form is rs. 3300/- and for auditor appoint form i.e. ADT - 1 is 12 times i.e. rs. 3900/-
