23 November 2012 Dear Sir,

Pls.make a format of Draft application to I.Tax Officer in the matter :

That while an assessement order was made on u/s 143(3) on 31.12.2011 on which demand of Rs. 120124/- has been raised by the assessing officer without considering the TDS.

To substainiate the matter we had applied u/s 154 on 13.02.12 for allowing the TDS but the AO accept the letter and later on not allowed the same & again ask the assessee through the demand o/s letter to pay the same by 30.11.12.

so pls. guide me how to draft application to the AO.
