MR. X WAS PREVIOUSLY DIRECTOR OF A COMPANY. HE RESIGNED EARLIER DUE TO SOME UNAVOIDABLE REASON. NOW HE HAS TO BE APPOINTED AGAIN. BUT WHEN WE ARE FILING FORM DIR-12, AN ERROR IS SHOWING LIKE " The director MR. X with DIN/PAN ******** is already a deactivated director of this company.He cannot be deactivated again". PLZ. LE ME INFORM HOW TO APPOINT SUCH PERSON AS A DIRECTOR.

This is a technical glitch on MCA website, When I called up Corporate Seva Kendra 0124-4832500
The guy said, they're working on the issue however, there is no tentative date as to when this will be resolved. There is no other alternative either.
