Dear Sir, a small Pvt.Ltd. who have not yet filed Form ADT-1 for the AGM held on 30.08.2014,Will you please guide me what is to be done as per new law as now 300 days are over.Thanks.

File the form immediately. You will have to pay late fees. It will be a hefty amount. The amount will be calculated on the MCA website when you upload the form. So file the form immediately.
