If gst cancelled on dated 9.11.2020, so can we make online application for revocation or any other process (appeal) also required for Re-Active of gst?

You can apply for reactivation of the registration to jurisdictional GST officer.You can also file appeal online to the appellate authority. There is 90 days period to file appeal.
