If Matured RD (Recurring Deposit) and amount transfer in saving account, how to pass entry in tally, and in which ledger head and under group
24 October 2019
At the time of opening Recurring deposit and savings bank account , separate ledger to be opened in Tally under the group bank account ( Current assets).
If RD amount matured and transferred to SB account then the following entry to be passed
Debit Savings bank account
Credit Recurring deposit account.
If RD amount matured and transferred to SB account then the following entry to be passed
Debit Savings bank account
Credit Recurring deposit account.
