Kindly advise the list of RCM payment to be made against GST Act for Manufacturers

11 November 2017 RCM is applicable under GST for the services like:

> Transportation by GTA
> Directors' Remuneration
> Advocate fees

RCM can't applicable fro Remuneration...

17 November 2017 RCM is applicable on Director's remuneration if paid by way of sitting fees, consultancy fee, etc. other than salary.

17 November 2017 Yeah... The Sitting Fee and consulting Fee are under RCM...
But, The Remunereation/ Salary is not under RCM...
