RCM payment has been suspended till 31.08.2017 as per notification. But do we have to pay July, August & September RCM or it is also suspended?

As per my opinion, we can take this suspension from July. But we need to wait for the notification if it has retrospective effect.

It is clearly memtioned that it is effective from Oct. So you have to pay upto Sept.

What if ITC on mobile bills shown in GSTR 2A but we do not provide GSTIN to mobile service provider. Can we take input credit ?

Yes you can claim only if you use this for business

But GST number is not shown on mobile bill but Input reflecting in GSTR 2A.....still we can claim credit?
