Pls.explain rcm suspended with effect from 1st July 17 in respect of supplied from unregistered person or for all rcm?

RCM suspended from 13th October 2017 for URD Inwards related....

That means we hv to pay rcm from July to 12 Oct 17 for urd inward.

Also You can avail the benefit of Rs. 5k /day ceiling limit...

I just want to add little more to make clear under standing, RCM is charged in two ways
one under 9(3) i.e specified services
and
second 9(4) i.e unregistered person
So, RCM is suspended only for 9($) and that too from 13th october and not from 1st july

The RCM under section 9 (4) is suspended from 13.10.2017 to 31.03.2018 only.
