Rcm on transport charges

28 September 2020 i have received goods from unregistered dealer(non gta), he charges transportation/ delivery charges of rs. 7500 in his bill of supply. transport charges are incurred by dealer himself

Do i need to pay RCM on Rs. 7500/-
